8Answers में आपका स्वागत है। ये नियम एवं शर्तें हमारे डेस्कटॉप एप्लिकेशन और टैबलेट एप्लिकेशन के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं। 8Answers को डाउनलोड, इंस्टॉल, एक्सेस या किसी भी रूप में उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं।

8Answers एक टूल है, न कि कोई वित्तीय सलाहकार या ऑडिटर।

यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया हमारी सेवाओं को डाउनलोड, इंस्टॉल या उपयोग न करें।

1. 8Answers के बारे में

8Answers रियल एस्टेट प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजमेंट के लिए सॉफ्टवेयर समाधान प्रदान करता है, जिनमें प्रोजेक्ट ट्रैकिंग, वित्तीय प्रबंधन, बिक्री ट्रैकिंग, लाभ वितरण, मुआवज़ा प्रबंधन और रिपोर्टिंग टूल शामिल हैं।

हमारी सेवाएं निम्न माध्यमों से प्रदान की जाती हैं:

• macOS और Windows के लिए डाउनलोड हेतु उपलब्ध डेस्कटॉप एप्लिकेशन
• समर्थित टैबलेट डिवाइसों के लिए डाउनलोड हेतु उपलब्ध टैबलेट एप्लिकेशन

2. समर्थित प्लेटफ़ॉर्म और अनौपचारिक उपयोग

आधिकारिक रूप से समर्थित प्लेटफ़ॉर्म

8Answers आधिकारिक रूप से निम्न प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का समर्थन करता है:

• macOS (डेस्कटॉप एप्लिकेशन)
• Windows (डेस्कटॉप एप्लिकेशन)
• समर्थित टैबलेट ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम (टैबलेट एप्लिकेशन)

अनधिकृत प्लेटफ़ॉर्म उपयोग

असमर्थित ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम या डिवाइस पर 8Answers को जेलब्रेकिंग, साइडलोडिंग, रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, पैचिंग या किसी अन्य अनधिकृत तरीके से इंस्टॉल या चलाने का प्रयास सख्ती से प्रतिबंधित है। ऐसे मामलों में:

• 8Answers किसी भी वारंटी, सपोर्ट या कार्यक्षमता की गारंटी प्रदान नहीं करता
• अनधिकृत उपयोग से उत्पन्न डेटा लॉस, सुरक्षा कमजोरियों या नुकसान के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे
• ऐसा उपयोग इन शर्तों और लागू कानूनों का उल्लंघन हो सकता है
• हम ऐसे खातों को समाप्त करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं जो प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का अनधिकृत माध्यमों से उपयोग करते पाए जाते हैं

3. ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन उपयोग

ऑफलाइन मोड

डेस्कटॉप और टैबलेट एप्लिकेशन ऑफलाइन मोड में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं। ऑफलाइन रहते समय:

• डेटा केवल आपके स्थानीय डिवाइस पर संग्रहीत होता है
• स्थानीय रूप से संग्रहीत डेटा की सुरक्षा के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं
• दस्तावेज़ अपलोड, सिंक, एक्सेस कंट्रोल और सहयोग सुविधाएं उपलब्ध नहीं होंगी

ऑनलाइन मोड और सिंक

आप अपना डेटा सिंक करने का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। सिंक पूरी तरह वैकल्पिक है। सिंक सक्षम करने पर:

• आप सहमत होते हैं कि आपका डेटा हमारे सुरक्षित क्लाउड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर भेजा और संग्रहीत किया जाएगा
• एक्सेस कंट्रोल सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो जाएंगी, जिससे आप अपने खाते के भीतर उपयोगकर्ता अनुमतियां प्रबंधित कर सकेंगे
• आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि नेटवर्क स्थिति और तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा उपलब्धता सिंक के प्रदर्शन को प्रभावित कर सकती है

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड के लिए सक्रिय इंटरनेट कनेक्शन आवश्यक है। दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करके:

• आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि आपके दस्तावेज़ हमारे सुरक्षित सर्वरों पर संग्रहीत होंगे
• सभी अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ हमारी Privacy Policy में वर्णित End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं
• आप स्वीकार करते हैं कि हम आपके एन्क्रिप्टेड दस्तावेज़ों की सामग्री तक नहीं पहुंच सकते
• आप समझते हैं कि एप्लिकेशन में दस्तावेज़ों का रखरखाव आपकी जिम्मेदारी है

4. सेवाओं का उपयोग

आप सहमत हैं कि 8Answers का उपयोग केवल वैध उद्देश्यों के लिए और इन शर्तों के अनुसार करेंगे। आप निम्न कार्य नहीं करेंगे:

• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग अवैध गतिविधियों के लिए करना
• अनधिकृत डेटा या सिस्टम तक पहुंचने का प्रयास करना
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के प्रदर्शन या सुरक्षा में हस्तक्षेप करना
• हमारे सॉफ्टवेयर या सामग्री की नकल, वितरण या दुरुपयोग करना
• गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देना
• एप्लिकेशन का रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, डी-कंपाइल या छेड़छाड़ करने का प्रयास करना
• असमर्थित डिवाइस या ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम पर एप्लिकेशन चलाने हेतु जेलब्रेकिंग, साइडलोडिंग या अन्य अनधिकृत तकनीकों का उपयोग करना

इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने वाले खातों को हम निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं।

5. खाता पंजीकरण

कुछ सुविधाओं तक पहुंचने के लिए आपको एक खाता बनाना होगा। आप खाते की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने, सटीक जानकारी प्रदान करने और अपने खाते के अंतर्गत होने वाली सभी गतिविधियों के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। 8Answers अनधिकृत खाता पहुंच के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

6. डेटा और जानकारी

प्लेटफ़ॉर्म में दर्ज किए गए डेटा का स्वामित्व आपके पास रहता है। हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करके आप 8Answers को आपकी सेवाएं प्रदान करने और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के प्रदर्शन एवं कार्यक्षमता में सुधार हेतु आपका डेटा संग्रहीत और प्रोसेस करने की अनुमति देते हैं। हम उपयोगकर्ता डेटा तृतीय पक्षों को नहीं बेचते।

7. End-to-End Encryption

8Answers पर अपलोड किए गए दस्तावेज़ End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) द्वारा सुरक्षित हैं। दस्तावेज़ अपलोड सुविधा का उपयोग करके आप स्वीकार करते हैं और सहमत होते हैं कि:

• 8Answers आपके एन्क्रिप्टेड दस्तावेज़ों की plaintext सामग्री तक पहुंच, देख, या पुनर्प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता
• आप अपने खाता क्रेडेंशियल्स और किसी भी recovery जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार हैं
• क्रेडेंशियल्स खोने पर एन्क्रिप्टेड दस्तावेज़ों तक पहुंच स्थायी रूप से खो सकती है
• हम E2EE के परिणामस्वरूप किसी तीसरे पक्ष को दस्तावेज़ सामग्री प्रदान नहीं कर सकते

8. मूल्य निर्धारण और सेवा उपलब्धता

8Answers वर्तमान में निःशुल्क उपलब्ध है। भविष्य में हम सशुल्क सुविधाएं या प्लान पेश कर सकते हैं। उपयोगकर्ताओं को पहले से सूचित किया जाएगा और किसी भी शुल्क से पहले स्पष्ट मूल्य निर्धारण शर्तें प्रदान की जाएंगी। हम किसी भी समय सेवाओं को संशोधित या बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

9. बौद्धिक संपदा

8Answers पर सभी सामग्री, सॉफ्टवेयर, ब्रांडिंग और तकनीक Advik Dhanraj Solanki और Prajna S P द्वारा 8Answers के रूप में संचालित इकाई की संपत्ति हैं। आप प्लेटफ़ॉर्म सामग्री की नकल या पुनरुत्पादन, सॉफ्टवेयर का रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग, बिना अनुमति हमारे ब्रांड का उपयोग, या एप्लिकेशन को अनधिकृत चैनलों के माध्यम से पुनर्वितरित नहीं कर सकते।

10. सेवा उपलब्धता

हम निर्बाध सेवा प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन निरंतर उपलब्धता की गारंटी नहीं देते। अस्थायी सेवा बाधाओं, तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण डेटा लॉस, या तृतीय-पक्ष सेवा विफलताओं के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं। ऑफलाइन कार्यक्षमता आपके डिवाइस पर निर्भर करती है और भिन्न हो सकती है।

11. दायित्व की सीमा

8Answers प्लेटफ़ॉर्म "जैसा है" आधार पर प्रदान करता है। हम वित्तीय हानि, व्यावसायिक हानि, डेटा की अशुद्धियों, या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म डेटा का उपयोग करके लिए गए निर्णयों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं। असमर्थित प्लेटफ़ॉर्म या डिवाइस पर अनधिकृत उपयोग से उत्पन्न डेटा लॉस के लिए भी हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं। जानकारी का सत्यापन उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारी है।

12. समाप्ति

इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का दुरुपयोग करने वाले खातों को हम निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं। उपयोगकर्ता किसी भी समय सेवा का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं और अपने डिवाइस से एप्लिकेशन हटा सकते हैं।

13. शर्तों में परिवर्तन

हम इन शर्तों को किसी भी समय अपडेट कर सकते हैं। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग अपडेट की गई शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।

14. फीडबैक

उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा दिए गए किसी भी सुझाव या फीडबैक का उपयोग 8Answers बिना किसी मुआवज़े या श्रेय के कर सकता है।

16. शासी कानून और अधिकार क्षेत्र

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अनुसार नियंत्रित और व्याख्यायित की जाएंगी। इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न या उनसे संबंधित किसी भी विवाद पर Ambajogai, Maharashtra, India की अदालतों का अनन्य अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।

17. फोर्स मेजर

प्राकृतिक आपदाएं, सरकारी कार्रवाइयां, इंटरनेट या इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विफलताएं, साइबर हमले या बिजली कटौती जैसी परिस्थितियों सहित, हमारे उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की घटनाओं के कारण प्रदर्शन में किसी भी विफलता या देरी के लिए 8Answers उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।

18. क्षतिपूर्ति

आप सहमत हैं कि 8Answers, उसके मालिकों, कर्मचारियों और सहयोगियों को आपके प्लेटफ़ॉर्म उपयोग, इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन, या डेटा/सेवाओं के दुरुपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे, नुकसान, दायित्व या खर्च से सुरक्षित रखेंगे। इसमें असमर्थित प्लेटफ़ॉर्म या अनधिकृत तरीकों से एप्लिकेशन उपयोग से उत्पन्न दावे भी शामिल हैं।

19. पात्रता और नाबालिगों द्वारा उपयोग

18 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्ति 8Answers का उपयोग केवल माता-पिता या कानूनी अभिभावक की सहमति और निगरानी में कर सकते हैं। यदि आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष से कम है, तो ऐसी सहमति के बिना प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग या व्यक्तिगत जानकारी सबमिट न करें। किसी नाबालिग को प्लेटफ़ॉर्म उपयोग करने की अनुमति देकर माता-पिता या अभिभावक इन शर्तों और Privacy Policy में वर्णित नाबालिग के डेटा प्रसंस्करण से सहमत होते हैं।

20. बच्चों का डेटा

8Answers जानबूझकर माता-पिता या अभिभावक की सहमति के बिना 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के व्यक्तियों से व्यक्तिगत डेटा एकत्र नहीं करता। यदि हमें पता चलता है कि ऐसा डेटा बिना सहमति के एकत्र किया गया है, तो हम उचित समय के भीतर डेटा हटा देंगे। माता-पिता या अभिभावक डेटा एक्सेस, सुधार या हटाने के अनुरोध हेतु connect@8answers.com पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।

21. स्वतंत्र सेवा प्रदाता

8Answers स्वतंत्र रूप से संचालित है और यह कोई पंजीकृत वित्तीय सलाहकार, ऑडिटर या कानूनी इकाई नहीं है। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म केवल सूचनात्मक और प्रबंधन उद्देश्यों के लिए एक सॉफ्टवेयर टूल के रूप में प्रदान किया जाता है।

Welcome to 8Answers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our desktop application and tablet application. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our platform in any form, you agree to these terms.

8Answers is a tool, not a financial advisor or an auditor.

If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use our services.

1. About 8Answers

8Answers provides software solutions for real estate project management, including project tracking, financial management, sales tracking, profit distribution, compensation management, and reporting tools.

Our services are provided through:

• A desktop application available for download for macOS and Windows
• A tablet application available for download for supported tablet devices

2. Supported Platforms & Unofficial Use

Officially Supported Platforms

8Answers officially supports the following platforms:

• macOS (desktop application)
• Windows (desktop application)
• Supported tablet operating systems (tablet application)

Unauthorized Platform Use

Attempting to install or run 8Answers on unsupported operating systems or devices through unauthorized methods, including but not limited to jailbreaking, sideloading, reverse engineering, patching, or any other workaround, is strictly prohibited. In such cases:

• 8Answers provides no warranty, support, or guarantee of functionality
• We are not liable for any data loss, security vulnerabilities, or damages arising from unauthorized use
• Such use may constitute a violation of these Terms and applicable laws
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be using the platform through unauthorized means

3. Online & Offline Use

Offline Mode

The desktop and tablet applications may be used in offline mode. When operating offline:

• Data is stored only on your local device
• You are responsible for the security of your locally stored data
• Uploading Documents, Syncing, access control, and collaboration features are not available in offline mode

Online Mode & Sync

You may choose to sync your data. Syncing is entirely optional. By enabling sync:

• You agree to your data being transmitted to and stored on our secure cloud infrastructure
• Access control features become available, allowing you to manage user permissions within your account
• You accept that network conditions and third-party service availability may affect sync performance

Document Uploads

Document uploads require an active internet connection. By uploading documents:

• You acknowledge that your documents will be stored on our secure servers
• All uploaded documents are protected by End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) as described in our Privacy Policy
• You accept that we cannot access the contents of your encrypted documents
• You understand that you are responsible for maintaining documents in our application

4. Use of Services

You agree to use 8Answers only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems
• Interfere with platform performance or security
• Copy, distribute, or misuse our software or content
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
• Use jailbreaking, sideloading, or other unauthorized techniques to run the application on unsupported devices or operating systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, providing accurate information, and all activities under your account. 8Answers is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

6. Data & Information

You retain ownership of data entered into the platform. By using our services, you grant 8Answers permission to store and process your data to provide services and improve platform performance and functionality. We do not sell user data to third parties.

7. End-to-End Encryption

Documents uploaded to 8Answers are protected by End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). By using the document upload feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• 8Answers cannot access, view, or recover the plaintext contents of your encrypted documents
• You are solely responsible for maintaining your account credentials and any recovery information
• Loss of access credentials may result in permanent loss of access to encrypted documents
• We cannot provide document contents to any third party as a direct result of E2EE

8. Pricing & Service Availability

8Answers is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features or plans in the future. Users will be informed in advance and clear pricing terms will be provided before any charges apply. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and technology on 8Answers are owned by Advik Dhanraj Solanki and Prajna S P operating as 8Answers. You may not copy or reproduce platform content, reverse engineer software, use our brand without permission, or redistribute the application through unauthorized channels.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions, data loss due to technical issues, or third-party service failures. Offline functionality is dependent on your device and may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

8Answers provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for financial losses, business losses, data inaccuracies, or decisions made using platform data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from unauthorized use on unsupported platforms or devices. Users are responsible for verifying information.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. Users may stop using the service at any time and may delete the application from their devices.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

14. Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback provided by users can be used by 8Answers without compensation or credit.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ambajogai, Maharashtra, India.

17. Force Majeure

8Answers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or power outages.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 8Answers, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of data or services. This includes any claims arising from your use of the application on unsupported platforms or through unauthorized methods.

19. Eligibility & Use by Minors

8Answers may be used by individuals under the age of 18 only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, do not use the platform or submit personal information without such consent. By permitting a minor to use the platform, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and the processing of the minor's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

20. Children's Data

8Answers does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that such data has been collected without consent, we will delete the data within a reasonable time. 21. Independent Service Provider

8Answers is operated independently and is not a registered financial advisor, auditor, or legal entity. The platform is provided as a software tool for informational and management purposes only.
